We're in Naples, Florida and the terrain is flat. Really flat. What's your take on training for power by pushing a 53x11 gear doing "bridge repeats" (our only version of hills)? I am definitely not blessed with an abundance of fast twitch muscle fiber so I'm looking for ways to improve power & sprint potential. Thanks for any input, Tim
