Currently I walk 3 miles 6 to 7 time as week, and have worked to getting this done in 38 minutes. I am going to a local bike shop in Salina(Bike Tek) to find me my first bike since I was probably 12 yrs old. My question is, how will I know if the person I am dealing with actually will know what my needs are for a beginner and not someone who would just like to make a sale of bike.
