Legalize SRM and PowerTap

Please support my campaign against UCI decision from 1st of April 2008 to dissallow power meters like SRM and PowerTap in the Pro Tour 2009.

So far 10408 riders have signed in their names to show their support.

Power meters are becoming less expensive and more egalitarian.
