  • At least he’s actually working his lower body. I bet at this very moment on some bodybuilder blog somewhere there’s a video posted of a skinny little 140 pound cyclist (capable of squatting this guy and his 300 lb barbell, btw) flailing awkardly through some bicep curls with the headline, “How not to pump up for beach season.”

  • Ha, the video has been removed from Youtube. Maybe he realized he was making mistakes 🙂
