What is RSS?

Do you want to get up to date on what happens here on Training4cyclists? You can get updates via RSS Feed or Email. RSS is our most popular tool for tracking updates, but what is RSS? It is a technology that is being used by millions of web users to keep track of their favourite websites. It allows you to easily stay informed by retrieving the latest content from the websites you are interested in. Thus, you save time by not needing to visit each website individually.

How to get started with RSS

Before you start, you need a RSS Reader. I will recommend you to use Google Reader or Bloglines. I have very good experiences with both of them. When you have a RSS Reader then you are ready to find the websites you would like to syndicate.
